The operations team supervises day-to-day administrative tasks at IBlieve such as inviting Community Slack members and adding subscribers to our Newsletter once a week. It also assists other IBlieve teams by handling the logistics of the organization and actively thinks of ways to optimize the processes at IBlieve to increase the efficiency of our workflow.

Tech
The tech team maintains and constantly tries to improve the overall performance, functionality, and content of IBlieve’s website by adding new features to the website and resolving technical issues. It also supervises administrative tasks such as granting WordPress access to new authors or editors and automating emails for large IBlieve events.

Communication
The communications lead not only compiles and writes IBlieve’s weekly newsletter, but also innovates new ideas for the newsletter to better engage the IB community and increase readership.
