The Impact Team tracks and analyses the organisation’s growth and impact through data-driven insights. By monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), collaborating with team leads, and gathering team feedback, the team identifies areas for improvement and recommends strategies to strengthen IBlieve’s reach and effectiveness. The team also creates internal reports and an annual Impact Report, highlighting achievements, measuring progress, and showcasing IBlieve’s impact across its community.
